We like to make things as easy as possible for you when it comes to the design of your new home so we offer solutions for every situation. Mystique Homes will build the house exactly to your design, help you make unique changes to existing plans, or completely design the house plans based on your individual needs. Consultations on the design of your home can be done at our office or we can meet you at a more convenient location.If we design the home for you, depending on the size and complexity of the project, the process usually takes four to eight weeks from start to finish. A complete set of builders/construction plans start at a cost $2.00 per square foot of living space.
The only other design plans Mystique Homes Inc. will require to move forward with your project are the engineered foundation and framing plans. Certified Engineered plans usually cost between $2,000 and $3,000.
